The LUV Yourself course was something that I truly needed to enable me to be proactive in my self-love and empowerment journey. I feel like the name LUV embodies exactly what the organisation and course was all about as I felt listened to, uplifted and able to vent. Anyone is feeling like they don't know where to begin in regards to self-love and empowerment this is the course for them because each session gives u a foundation u can build upon

Fantastic training that has had a huge impact on the staff and children of Grove Vale. The ladies were professional, well spoken, welcoming and engaging. They delivered what can be a difficult topic with clarity and no room for misunderstanding.

It was interesting to think about unconscious bias and the different forms it takes. It made staff think about their own personal experiences which I think are good for others to hear.
